Good question spacenerd1,  Our naming sequence simply goes by whoever creates a rocket next. When one person comes up with an idea and perfects it, we all pitch in on testing, building, and manufacturing the design, until it works. Then we scedule a launch date, post a little paragraph about it by the creator/s and/or the designer/s  double and triple check everything, and then - we launch.
